Good Job Butler. They just never quit! A lot of high school players can learn from the way they keep playing until the final buzzer.

Quit jumping on the bandwagon. I know you guys aren't used to seeing a small school winning against the big boys.

Are the small schools 1A or 2A? I would say Butler, who doesn't make the top 500 list for enrollment, compared to Florida, who is #4, Wisconsin #20 and Pitt. #93, would have to be 1A. 1A beating 4A ?? HMMM, Is that even possible? Surely they gave the trophy to Florida.....Didn't they? Go David beat Goliath!!!!

Butler has actually beat those teams and earned their way to the final four. Now saying the IHSAA 3a champion would beat the 4a championion is like saying the NCAA D3 champion would win the D1 NCAA championship.

It's also possible that Washington fans will realize that they are #101 but highly unlikely.

Congrats to butler i thought they had a decent chance of making the final 4 and they did. I never believed pitt deserved their 1 seed and the big east always seems to falter in the tourny. They have a great shot to make it to the championship game. I cant see stevens taking VCU lightly just like every other team they have faced it should be a great game and who knows they could win it all.
I cant assume many people on here are band wagon fans being that most people on here are born and raised in indiana.

That is right Wasingtonian. No bandwagon here. I've cheered for Butler from the get go! Exciting team to watch!
I also think Stevens is too smart to overlook VCU. They are a buzz saw looking for someone to cut down!

Wow Garrett Butcher needs to go back to high school and learn basketball again. He used to be a decent player

Yes, he probably looked like a superstar back in his old 3A days. That was a very nice swat on Cody though.

I'm a long time Butler fan but have never thought of Butcher as much more than a spot player.
