Colt does it again! Up to his old tricks, Ryan drains a 3 at the end of regulation to send the game against Tennessee Tech to overtime and then at the end of doublt OT, he drives the length of the court to hit a pump fake jumper to win the game for the Purple Aces. He finished with 19 pts, 9 reb, 4 assists, 2 steals in 47 minutes played - gutsy performance. Another freshman, Ned Cox, had a game high 22 pts for UE. A young but very talented group playing for Marty Simmons.

I see colt was 7- 17 from floor 3-5 from line not bad but not great. I see the kid from washington had a good game the Bouchie boy 4-7 from floor 8-10 from line 7 rebounds in 25 min. Haarsma was 6-16 5-5 line 10 boards in 39 min. I graduated from U.E in the 70's its good to see them get some good players. they will be fun to watch. Maybe if they would rest Colt a little it might help his shooting. Still looks like it was a great game .

It looks like Ryan is creating a buzz in buzzers shorts. Excuse me! Look dude, I'm from Batesville and there haven't been too many D1 players come out of here. So, when we do get a player of Ryan's caliber that's performing like he is, I'll be da@* sure to get it out to the masses. If you don't like it, beat it. I take offense to your comment. Last I checked this was a forum for individuals to discuss basketball - not to drop panzy comments like yours. If you saw me in person, guarantee you wouldn't say it to my face! I apologize to anyone who doesn't like my response here but I'm not gonna take this crap. Always a few that like to stir it up.

atthebuzzer thats what alot of these people love to do is just try to make childish comments about former and current high school players that we as locals like to brag and watch their successes. We (Washington Fans) know people are tired of hearing the Zeller name but those kids cant help they all are tall and talented. I just wish one would stay here in Indiana. I loved it the minute Colt decided on U of E, and like i said in an earlier post he is going to be a STUD at the college level

It use to be a good site two years ago with no bashing just people who know basketball. Now you have the idiots who know nothing and are so jealous of peoples success that the only thing they can do is be a cyber bully, real tough. You can talk bad about kids all you want but remember youre the one sitting in youre parents house watching them on tv.

This goes out to atthebuzzer, zellerball, zjs, and many others, please don't let these haters ignorant posts stop you from posting. I too root for any kid that is from the state of indiana to exceed at the next level. I for one can not stand Duke, but every time Josh McRoberts laced up for them I was glued to the set to watch him. I was the same way with dominique James as well as many others. I am a Evansville fan and am excited we have someone as talented as Colt on our team.

What happened to the people that know basketball? Did they all go and leave the ones that don't know basketball here?
